To build a high-quality rotary kiln lining, the key is to make: the circumferential brick ring should be perpendicular to the axial line of the kiln and should not be twisted; the axial brick joint should be parallel to the axial line of the kiln, and should not deviate; Landing, there are no steps on the masonry surface. For this reason, before laying the refractory bricks of the rotary kiln, it is necessary to do the laying work of the reference line for masonry in the kiln. The axial reference line should be placed every 1.5m along the circumference of the kiln, and each line should be The axis of the kiln is parallel. One loop is placed every 10m on the hoop reference line, and the actual construction control line is placed every 1m. The hoop line should be parallel to each other and perpendicular to the axis of the kiln. The above work can be drawn with a level gauge. The axial and circumferential welds of the kiln can sometimes be used as an auxiliary reference line. The refractory bricks in the kiln must be masonry strictly in accordance with the reference line, in order to ensure the quality of the masonry, and at the same time increase the speed and facilitate the locking of bricks.
The lining masonry has the following basic requirements:
(1) The brick lining and the cylinder are reliably concentric, so that the brick lining is required to be as tight as possible, so that the stress can be evenly distributed.
(2) Grasp the construction quality of the lock brick area, and do not make the lock brick become the most vulnerable weak link in the entire kiln lining. In this way, the locking bricks should be evenly distributed, and the thickness of the locking brick area when the steel plate needs to be added is not more than 3 mm, and one side needs to be sharpened and evenly arranged.
(3) Minimize the amount of steel plate used.
(4) Correctly handle the brick joints, except for the ring-to-gray seam of the magnesia bricks, the gray joints of all sides should be controlled within 1-2mm, and the longitudinal section of the magnesia bricks is often attached with a piece of 2mm thick cardboard. The cardboard is used for expansion joints, and the masonry bricks are not used when the masonry bricks are built.
(5) The brick joints shall be horizontal and vertical, the circumferential joint deviation shall not exceed 2 mm per meter, the full ring length deviation shall not exceed 8 mm, the longitudinal joint deviation shall not exceed 2 mm per meter, and the length of one construction section shall not exceed 10 m.
