Silica-Mullite-Red Brick

Introduction:

Silica-Mullite-Red brick is designed to be used as a transition zone for lage cement rotary kiln. In order to develop its refractoriness under load, thermal shock resistance and cold crushing strength, white corundum and andalusite are added on the basis of common silica-mullite brick. Its service life time is longer than other products when used for 3000-10000t/d rotary kiln. Spinel brick could be replaced by silica-mullite-red brick in the same invironment.

The performance characteristics of the Silica-mullite series products determine its dominant position in the cement rotary kiln lining brick market. Under the premise of normal equipment and operating specifications, the standard masonry method is the main factor to extend the service life of kiln lining.

The Silica-mullite series products are superior to other products in terms of strength and thermal shock resistance.
