Corundum castable

Introduction:

Corundum castables are made of refractory raw materials with Al2O3 content greater than 90% and corundum as the main crystalline phase and formulated with appropriate amount of dispersant, accelerator, stainless steel fiber and according to strict formula.

Advantages:

High temperature strength, wear resistance, erosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing and quick condensation.

Application:

By adding a certain proportion of steel fiber and admixture to the castable, it can produce steel fiber castable with good thermal stability and strong wear resistance, which is used for heating furnace hearth, tapping tank and cement rotary kiln inlet zone and outlet zone.
