Magnesia spinel brick

Introduction:

Magnesia spinel brick is made of magnesia sand and little industrial alumina oxide or bauxite, also named magnesia alumina spinel brick.

Advantage:

The thermal shock resistance of magnesia spinel brick is better than magnesia bricks, and the refractoriness under load is above 1600°C, with high corrosion resistance to basic melting slag.

Application:

It is mainly applied to the top of steel making open-hearth furnace and EAF, high temperature cement kiln, lime kiln, large-scale cement rotary kiln and non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, etc.


Magnesia hercynite brick

Introduction:

Magnesia hercynite brick not only possesses the advantages of ordinary magnesia alumina spinel brick, but also has excellent kiln coating properties. The kiln coating can provide effective protection for the refractory lining. It is highly suitable for working in firing zone of a cement kiln.

Advantage:

Good thermal shock resistance, high refractoriness under load, good kiln coating.

Application:

Large process cement rotary kiln firing zone.
